Overview & Commitment

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through CiCi Rose Art. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to ensuring your unique artwork is packaged securely and shipped efficiently. As the artist, I personally handle the shipping process to guarantee the best possible care for your new piece.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This time allows for final inspection, secure packaging, and preparation for shipment.

  • Custom Commissions: For custom artwork, the processing time will be confirmed upon completion of the piece, as outlined in your commission agreement.

Shipping Methods

  • Personalized Service and Speed: To provide the most secure, cost-effective, and fastest possible delivery for unique and delicate artwork, we personally select the best courier and shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or specialized freight) based on the package dimensions, weight, and the final delivery location.

  • Domestic & International: We offer shipping services both within the United States and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the artwork, the shipping destination, and the personalized courier service selected for the best security and delivery speed.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times will vary based on the carrier and the final destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the courier will provide an estimated delivery timeline. Please note that these timelines are estimates and are subject to carrier schedules, customs procedures, and external factors.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include the tracking number and the name of the carrier so you can monitor your package's progress.

Packaging and Security

  • All artworks are packaged with the utmost care using professional-grade, specialized materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • Insurance: All original artworks are shipped with full insurance coverage against loss or damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at CiciRoseArt@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and artwork and provide photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the piece itself. We will assist you in filing an insurance claim and discussing the best resolution (repair, replacement if possible, or refund).

  • Lost Package: If tracking confirms your package is lost, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and file an insurance claim. Resolution (refund or replacement if possible) will be provided once the carrier confirms the loss.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Once the shipment is picked up by the selected carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser. While we will assist in managing claims for lost or damaged goods through the insurance purchased, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our direct control.
